Consideration of the Calendar Second Reading of House Bills HB 66 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Wilken, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 988. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) was adopted. Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 66(FIN) was read the third time.
