SB 134                                                                                            
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 134(JUD) "An Act relating to a pilot                                         
project to review and investigate certain complaints from victims of                                
sexual assault in the first degree or sexual abuse of a minor in the first                          
degree concerning actions of justice agencies" was engrossed, signed                                
by the President and Secretary and transmitted to the House for
