SB 46                                                                                             
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 46 "An Act making capital appropriations and                                        
appropriations to capitalize funds; and providing for an effective date"                            
be moved to the bottom of the calendar. Without objection, it was so                                
ordered.                                                                                            
                                                                                                    
SB 102                                                                                            
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 102 "An Act relating to district coastal                                            
management programs; and providing for an effective date" be moved                                  
to the bottom of the calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                
                                                                                                    
SB 156                                                                                            
SENATE BILL NO. 156 "An Act relating to notification to teachers of                                 
layoff or nonretention" was read the second time.                                                   
                                                                                                    
President Stevens stated SENATE BILL NO. 156 will be on the May

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
