President Stevens stated that under Rule 43(b) of the Uniform Rules,                                
engrossment may be waived on all bills transmitted to the House on

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
concur message on HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO.                                               
101(JUD) "An Act making corrective amendments to the Alaska                                         
Statutes as recommended by the revisor of statutes; and providing for                               
an effective date"  which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page                               
1459) be taken up at this time. Without objection, it was so ordered.                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                      
amendment.
