     the isolated areas of our state. I pray that building a future                                 
     for Alaska will dominate the legislative agenda. As each                                       
     one does their best, by Your grace, may they build a                                           
     relationship with their constituency of respect and honor.                                     
                                                                                                    
     If ever a government body could be given the title of

     "builder and restorer," may this 24 legislature be given                                       
     such a title. Thank You for grace to do the right things and
