HJR 20                                                                                            
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 Urging the United States                                              
Congress and the United States Food and Drug Administration to                                      
assist in the prompt approval of new drug applications for the                                      
treatment of prostate cancer, was read the second time.                                             
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.                                
Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                               
                                                                                                    
HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20 was read the third time.                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20                                            
Urging the United States Congress and the United States Food and                                    
Drug Administration to assist in the prompt approval of new drug                                    
applications for the treatment of prostate cancer, pass the Senate?" The

Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 9 Proclaiming Alaska                                                
Agriculture Day for 2005 and 2006, was read the second time and was                                 
before the Senate on final passage.
