Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 257(FIN)(efd fld S)                                             
"An Act relating to and extending the pilot program for state                                       
procurement and electronic commerce tools" be taken up. Without                                     
objection, it was so ordered.                                                                       
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate rescind its previous                                     
action in passing SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                               
257(FIN)(efd fld S) on reconsideration (page 1561).
