Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) "An Act relating to criminal sentencing; relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence; relating to court-ordered treatment programs for certain offenders and offenses; amending Rule 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date" (Title change SCR 27) was adopted. President Stevens stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) will be on the May 5 calendar. Third Reading of House Bills HB 183 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(STA) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 183(STA) "An Act relating to the use of campaign contributions for shared campaign activity expenses and to reimbursement of those expenses; and amending the definition of 'contribution' in regard to sharing fundraising lists between candidates and political parties without compensation" pass the Senate?"
