Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 3058. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 414(JUD) "An Act relating to allowing a parent or guardian of a minor to intercept the private communications of the minor and to consent to an order authorizing law enforcement to intercept the private communications of the minor" was adopted. President Stevens stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 414(JUD) will be on the May 4 calendar.
