Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SCR 26 Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26, which had been held on the Secretary's desk (page 2685), be brought up at this time. Without objection, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: "Shall SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 408, relating to the standard of proof required to terminate parental rights in child-in-need-of-aid proceedings; relating to the definition of "child abuse or neglect"; relating to disclosure of confidential or privileged information about certain children by the Departments of Health and Social Services and Administration; relating to permanent fund dividends paid to foster children and adopted children; and amending Rule 18, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of Procedure pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCR 26 Final Passage YEAS: 20 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Huggins, Kookesh, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken and so, SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 passed the Senate and was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
