HOUSE BILL NO. 201 BY REPRESENTATIVES CHENAULT,                                                     
Ramras, Elkins, Dahlstrom, Gara, Crawford, entitled:                                                
                                                                                                    
           "An Act relating to an application for a permanent                                       
           fund dividend for a member of the armed forces of                                        
           the United States serving on active duty outside of                                      
           the state; and providing for an effective date."                                         
                                                                                                    
was read the first time and referred to the State Affairs and Judiciary

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
recede message on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                               
66(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                 
expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                      
program; and providing for an effective date," which had been held on                               
the Secretary's desk (page 1032), be brought up at this time. Without                               
objection, it was so ordered.

amendment and recommended the body vote no.
