Consideration of the Calendar Second Reading of House Bills HB 107 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(FIN) "An Act relating to unlawful obstruction or hindrance of hunting, fishing, trapping, or viewing of fish or game; and amending Rule 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 508, Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure" was read the second time. Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2188. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(JUD) was adopted. President Stevens stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 107(JUD) will be on the May 6 calendar. HB 307 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 307(RES) "An Act creating the Knik River Public Use Area" was read the second time. Senator Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the Finance Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 3162 be adopted as a Senate Letter of Intent. Without objection, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. President Stevens stated CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 307(RES) will be on the May 6 calendar. HB 326 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 326(JUD) am "An Act relating to the definition of the crime of harassment" was read the second time.
