Unfinished Business HB 148 Senators Elton, Dyson moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 148(JUD) "An Act relating to human trafficking; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. HCR 6 Senator Seekins, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 6 Relating to the continuation of the Alaska Information Infrastructure Policy Task Force until the first day of the First Regular Session of the Twenty-Fifth Alaska State Legislature in January 2007. Without objection, the bill was referred to the Rules Committee. Senator Seekins moved and asked unanimous consent to be excused from a call of the Senate from morning plane time, May 16 to evening plane time, May 18. Without objection, Senator Seekins was excused. HB 106 The reconsideration on SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 106(FIN) "An Act establishing the senior care program and relating to that program; creating a fund for the provision of the senior care program; repealing ch. 3, SLA 2004; and providing for an effective date" was not taken up this legislative day and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
