Report dated May 8 stating the House and Senate Rules Committees                                    
met and considered amendments to the 1988 Employment Policy for                                     
Senate/House Legislative employees effective July 1, 2005 and                                       
recommend the amended policy be adopted.

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
Senate adopt the amended Employment Policy recommended in the                                       
report. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                       
                                                                                                    
The Employment Policy for Senate/House Legislative Employees                                        
Effective Date: July 1, 2005, amending the 1988 Employment Policy                                   
(Senate/House Joint Journal Supplement No. 17 3/22/88) will be
