The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 100 "An Act                                          
relating to enhanced 911 surcharges imposed by a municipality" and                                  
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
            CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 100(RLS) "An Act                                                 
            relating to enhanced 911 systems and enhanced 911                                       
            surcharges imposed by a municipality, public                                            
            municipal corporation, or village."
