The Rules Committee has considered:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    SENATE BILL NO. 210                                                                             
    "An Act relating to the manufacture and transportation of                                       
    alcoholic beverages; relating to forfeitures of property for                                    
    violations of alcoholic beverage laws; and relating to violations of                            
    alcoholic beverage laws."
