HOUSE RESOLUTIONS IN SECOND READING (continued) HCR 18 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the following, which was moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1812), be held to tomorrow's calendar: HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 18 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 174, excluding certain trucks from the definition of "passenger vehicle" for purposes of the passenger vehicle rental tax. UNFINISHED BUSINESS SB 158 The Speaker stated that, without objection, reconsideration of the following, (page 1725), be held to May 9, 2005: SENATE BILL NO. 158(efd fld H) "An Act prohibiting the imposition of municipal sales and use taxes on state construction contracts and certain subcontracts." Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House adopt the Joint House and Senate Rules Committee report amending the 1988 Joint Rules Committee Employment Policy (page 1799).
