Representative Berkowitz withdrew the objection (page 1421).                                        
                                                                                                    
The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSSB 141(FIN) would be                                  
returned to the Finance Committee.  And so, CSSB 141(FIN) was                                       
removed from the Rules Committee and returned to the Finance
