    We give thanks for the priceless gift of freedom and                                            
    opportunity and choice which we enjoy, and ask a blessing                                       
    upon those who have and those who still do serve in uniform                                     
    to preserve this peace.  May they be always led and act with                                    
    honor and wisdom.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
    And I pray for all those who travel on behalf of the business                                   
    and governance of this state and especially for all those who                                   
    make such travel possible.  May we remember their tireless                                      
    work in the most difficult conditions and offer thanksgiving                                    
    for their skill and care of us.  Amen.
