A message dated March 3, 2005, was read stating the Senate has                                      
concurred in the House amendment to SJR 5, thus adopting:                                           
                                                                                                    
     HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5(O&G)                                                
     Urging the United States Congress to reauthorize the Methane                                   
     Hydrate Research and Development Act.

     licensing in the Department of Commerce, Community, and                                        
     Economic Development; relating to program receipts and record
