Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS                                   
SB 310(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                 
placed on final passage.                                                                            
                                                                                                    
There was objection.                                                                                
                                                                                                    
HCS SB 310(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's

The following, which was held in second reading from the May 2,                                     
2006, calendar (page 3509), was again before the House with                                         
Amendment No. 1 (page 3499) pending:

     "An Act relating to procurement from a person conducting                                       
     business in or having headquarters in countries that support or                                
     ignore slavery and trafficking in persons."

Representative Ramras moved and asked unanimous consent to                                          
withdraw Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so
