The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February                                
23, 2005, calendar (page 395), was read the third time:                                             
            HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 56(FIN) am H                                       
    "An Act relating to criminal law and procedure, criminal                                        
    sentences, and probation and parole; and providing for an                                       
    effective date."                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall HCS CSSB 56(FIN) am H pass the
