The House Special Committee on Ways & Means has considered:                                         
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12                                                                   
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                 
    relating to the repeal of the budget reserve fund.                                              
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:                                                                 
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 12(W&M)                                                       
    Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                 
    relating to the capital construction permanent fund and to the                                  
    repeal of the budget reserve fund.
