The Labor & Commerce Committee has considered:                                                      
                                                                                                    
    HOUSE BILL NO. 350                                                                              
    "An Act relating to enforcement of insurance unfair claim                                       
    settlement practices by a person affected by a violation; permitting                            
    penalties for a single-act unfair claim settlement practice; and                                
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:
