    HOUSE BILL NO. 122                                                                              
    "An Act relating to payment of premiums for Servicemembers'                                     
    Group Life Insurance on behalf of members of the Alaska                                         
    National Guard deployed to a combat zone; and providing for an                                  
    effective date."                                                                                
                                                                                                    
and recommends it be replaced with:

    "An Act relating to certain relief concerning motor vehicle leases,                             
    telephone services, education, utilities, state loans, and hunting,                             
    fishing, and trapping licenses for members of the Alaska National                               
    Guard deployed to a combat zone; relating to reimbursement of                                   
    premiums for Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance paid by                                       
    members of the Alaska National Guard deployed to a combat                                       
    zone; and providing for an effective date."
