Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 393(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment. HB 441 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3716) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) "An Act relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence; relating to court-ordered treatment programs for certain offenders and offenses; amending Rule 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 441(FIN) "An Act relating to criminal sentencing; relating to operating or driving a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft while under the influence; relating to court-ordered treatment programs for certain offenders and offenses; amending Rule 35, Alaska Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date."
