There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Gruenberg and Kott: Page 1, lines 1 - 3 (title amendment): Delete all material and insert: ""An Act relating to the interception of the private communications of a minor."" Page 1, line 5: Delete "a new subsection" Insert "new subsections" Page 1, line 9, following "determines,": Insert "after making appropriate findings of fact and" Page 1, lines 10 - 11: Delete ", which may be based upon a finding that" Insert "to believe that (1) a party to the private communication (A) has committed, is committing, or is about to commit a felony or misdemeanor; (B) has been, is, or is about to be a victim of a felony or misdemeanor; or (C) has been, is, or is about to be a witness to a felony or misdemeanor; (2) the health or safety of a minor is in danger; or (3)" Page 1, lines 13 - 14: Delete "In this subsection" Insert "(c) In (b) of this section" Representative Gruenberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted.
