    Regulatory Commission of Alaska; extending and amending the                                     
    requirements applicable to the credit that may be claimed for                                   
    certain oil and gas exploration expenses incurred in Cook Inlet                                 
    against oil and gas properties production (severance) taxes, and                                
    amending the credit against those taxes for certain exploration                                 
    expenditures from leases or properties in the state; and providing                              
    for an effective date."

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to HB 286, thus adopting SCS HB 286(RES), and                                             
recommended that the members vote yes.                                                              
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate

effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.
