Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 278(RLS) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 384 The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following would be held to the April 24, 2006, calendar: HOUSE BILL NO. 384 "An Act relating to fines and offenses; amending Rule 8(b), Alaska District Court Rules of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date." HB 414 The following was read the second time: HOUSE BILL NO. 414 "An Act relating to allowing a parent or guardian of a minor to intercept the private communications of the minor and to consent to an order authorizing law enforcement to intercept the private communications of the minor."
