Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 257(JUD) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 275 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 2, 2005, calendar (page 1444), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(FIN) am "An Act authorizing financing for certain public transportation projects; giving notice of and approving the entry into, and the issuance of revenue obligations that provide participation in, lease-financing agreements for those transportation projects; and providing for an effective date."
