Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Stoltze: Page 2, lines 9 - 10: Delete all material. Renumber the following accordingly. Representative Stoltze moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Meyer objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 2 was adopted. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 275(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There was objection. CSHB 275(FIN) am will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
