THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 167 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 28, 2005, calendar (page 1339), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 167(STA) "An Act relating to providing a death certificate for a deceased veteran without cost; and relating to a program to honor the memory of a deceased veteran." Representative Kott moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 167(STA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
