Representative Berkowitz objected. The question being: "Shall the court rule changes be adopted?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 107(FIN) Third Reading Court Rules YEAS: 29 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Elkins, Gatto, Harris, Hawker, Holm, Joule, Kapsner, Kelly, Kohring, Kott, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Moses, Neuman, Olson, Ramras, Rokeberg, Salmon, Samuels, Stoltze, Thomas, Weyhrauch, Wilson Nays: Cissna, Coghill, Gara, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Kerttula Absent: Croft, Foster, Gardner, LeDoux, Seaton And so, the court rule changes were adopted. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 107(FIN).
