RECONSIDERATION HB 71 Representative Samuels brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 71(FIN) (page 1231). The following, which had been held on reconsideration (page 1311), was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) "An Act extending and amending the requirements applicable to the credit that may be claimed for certain oil and gas exploration expenses incurred in Cook Inlet against oil and gas properties production (severance) taxes, and amending the credit against those taxes for certain exploration expenditures from leases or properties in the state; and providing for an effective date." Representative Samuels moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 71(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1.
