Full Journal pdf2005-05-08 House Journal Page 1790 CONCUR IN SENATE AMENDMENTS HB 15 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1757) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(L&C) am "An Act relating to outdoor recreation lodge alcoholic beverage licenses; relating to transfer of certain beverage dispensary licenses issued before June 6, 1985; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(FIN) "An Act relating to brewpub licenses; relating to outdoor recreation lodge alcoholic beverage licenses; relating to transfer of certain beverage dispensary licenses issued before June 6, 1985; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 12 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 15(L&C) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB 15(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 15(L&C) am?"
