Representative Gardner brought up reconsideration of the vote on                                    
CSHB 15(L&C) (page 334).                                                                            
                                                                                                    
The following was again before the House in third reading:                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 15(L&C)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to outdoor recreation lodge alcoholic beverage                                 
    licenses; relating to transfer of certain beverage dispensary                                   
    licenses issued before June 6, 1985; and providing for an effective                             
    date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that                                       
CSHB 15(L&C) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                 
of considering Amendment No. 1.  There being no objection, it was so                                
ordered.
