2006-02-22 House Journal Page 2610 HB 393 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the February 21, 2006, calendar (page 2592), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 393(HES) "An Act requiring that certain health care insurance plans provide coverage for the costs of colorectal cancer screening examinations and laboratory tests; and providing for an effective date." 2006-02-22 House Journal Page 2611 The question being: "Shall CSHB 393(HES) pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 393(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
