Section 41 of the bill sets out a revisor's instruction related to the                              
addition of proposed AS 15.20.910 in section 11 of the bill.

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Requesting the United States                                         
Department of the Interior and the United States Department of Justice                              
to appeal the decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the                                
Ninth Circuit in The Wilderness Society v. United States Fish and                                   
Wildlife Service and to seek an emergency stay of the decision                                      
pending an appeal of the decision to the United States Supreme Court,                               
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Ogan, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                      
adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page 2289.                                
Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                 
further objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO.                                               
26(RES) Requesting the United States Department of the Interior and                                 
the United States Department of Justice to appeal the decision of the
