The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 45(JUD) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 12 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Green, Guess, Ogan, Seekins, Stevens B, Stevens G, Taylor, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Nays: Davis, Ellis, Elton, French, Lincoln Excused: Dyson, Hoffman, Olson and so, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 45(JUD) passed the Senate. Senator French gave notice of reconsideration. Second Reading of Senate Resolutions SJR 5 SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Urging the President of the United States and the Congress to act to ensure that federal agencies do not retain records relating to lawful purchase or ownership of firearms gathered through the Brady Handgun Bill instant check system, was read the second time.
