The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 93 "An Act                                       
relating to limitations on actions to quiet title to, eject a person from,                          
or recover real property or the possession of it; and providing for an                              
effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                 
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 93(JUD) "An Act                                                    
          relating to limitations on actions to quiet title to, eject                               
          a person from, or recover real property or the                                            
          possession of it; relating to adverse possession; and                                     
          providing for an effective date."
