The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 384                                         
"An Act relating to a natural gas pipeline with a terminus at the Cook                              
Inlet Basin" and recommended it be replaced with                                                    
                                                                                                    
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 384(TRA) "An Act                                         
              relating to a natural gas pipeline financed by the                                   
          Alaska Railroad Corporation."
