The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 308 "An Act                                        
increasing the duration of certain provisions of domestic violence                                  
protective orders from six months to one year" and recommended the                                  
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 2847,                                
and further recommended the adoption of the Judiciary Committee                                     
Letter of Intent offered on page 2848.
