The Transportation Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 298                                         
"An Act repealing the ban on the use of off-road vehicles within five                               
miles of the right-of-way of the James Dalton Highway" and                                          
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 298(TRA) "An Act                                                   
          relating to the use of off-road vehicles within five                                      
          miles of the right-of-way of the James Dalton
