Full Journal pdf2004-04-28 Senate Journal Page 3119 SB 224 The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 224 "An Act relating to lowering the legal level of intoxication for operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or watercraft to .02 percent or the equivalent for persons under 21 years of age; relating to implied consent for purposes of determining consumption of alcohol; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 224(STA) "An Act relating to a minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol, to a minor refusing to submit to chemical tests, and to driving during the 24 hours after being cited for one of those offenses; and providing for an effective date."
