The Community and Regional Affairs Committee considered                                             
SENATE BILL NO. 183 "An Act authorizing municipalities to                                           
provide for economic development and authorizing municipalities to                                  
expend revenue collected on an areawide or nonareawide basis to                                     
provide for economic development" and recommended it be replaced                                    
with                                                                                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 183(CRA) "An Act                                                   
          authorizing certain second class boroughs to provide                                      
          for economic development on an areawide basis and                                         
          authorizing boroughs to expend revenue collected on                                       
          an areawide or nonareawide basis to provide for
