The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                                      
SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 154 "An Act                                                  
relating to a student loan repayment program for nurses, and amending                               
the duties of the Board of Nursing that relate to this program; and
