The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 117 "An Act                                        
eliminating the longevity bonus program and making related                                          
conforming changes; and providing for an effective date" and                                        
recommended it be replaced with                                                                     
                                                                                                    
                   CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 117(FIN) "An Act                                         
                 relating to the longevity bonus program; and                                      
          providing for an effective date."
