The Health, Education and Social Services Committee considered                                      
SENATE BILL NO. 110 "An Act relating to admission to and                                            
advancement in public schools of children under school age; and                                     
providing for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 110(HES) "An Act                                                   
          relating to advancement in public schools of children                                     
          under school age; and providing for an effective
