Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis objected. President Therriault stated SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9(FIN) will be on the May 6 calendar. SB 395 Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE BILL NO. 395 "An Act relating to application of municipal ordinances providing for planning, platting, and land use regulation to interests in land owned by the Alaska Railroad Corporation; and providing for an effective date" be held in second reading to the May 6 calendar.
