Murkowski Governor Consideration of the Calendar House Bills in Third Reading HB 209 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(RLS) "An Act relating to municipal property tax adjustments for property affected by a disaster," which had been returned to the Rules Committee (page 1911), was before the Senate in third reading. Senator Ogan moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard and Senator Ogan was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(RLS) "An Act relating to municipal property tax adjustments for property affected by a disaster" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 209(RLS) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Ellis, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln, Ogan, Olson, Seekins, Stedman, Stevens B, Stevens G, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Davis, Dyson and so, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 209(RLS) passed the Senate, was signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
